Black Chacate Wood
Color and Appearance: Black chacate is an attractive dark brown wood with darker grain . In Mozambique known as chacate preto, it is one of the nine precious hardwoods of Mozambique. The wood is hard but machines well and polishes to a silky shine.
Grain and Texture: Chacate Noir is a hard, dense wood. Its grain is rather fine, which makes it possible to obtain a remarkable finish despite its robustness.

In order to keep your Wooden Glasses clean and in good condition, it is important to maintain them properly. from time to time. To do this, we advise you to apply, using a cotton swab, a little olive oil and lemon juice measured in equal proportion, that you have taken take care to mix well before applying to the wood. Then let everything dry quietly. Avoid strong exposure to the sun and water (shower, bath, swimming pool, ...).
You can also use any of our beeswax. Very effective to give a boost to all your wooden accessories. To be applied with one of Our Microfiber Wipes to avoid any scratches on the wood.
